A Perfect Circle announce North American tour, share new single To Whom It May Concern
A Perfect Circle have released a new single, “To Whom It May Concern”, and announced an extensive North American tour for 2027. The track is their second new release of 2026, following “Starless”, and guitarist Billy Howerdel says more music is on the way.
Puscifer will support the band from 13 to 23 April and on 25 April, while The Cult will join from 27 April to 13 June. Howerdel said “Starless” had reached No. 1 at rock radio that week and thanked fans for their support; Maynard James Keenan said he was looking forward to touring Canada with both A Perfect Circle and Puscifer.
