Emmy-winning actor Jeff Hiller has been cast in a recurring role in the new vampire comedy series Eternally Yours, reuniting him with the creators of CBS's Ghosts, Joe Port and Joe Wiseman. Hiller will portray Aldrict, an old-world vampire who has a complex history spanning centuries with the character Liz, serving as a constant source of trouble in her 500-year marriage to Charles. This casting marks yet another success for Hiller, following a banner year in television.

Hiller previously collaborated with Port and Wiseman on Ghosts and has appeared in other high-profile projects including Widow's Bay (the Apple TV horror comedy that garnered 14 Emmy nominations this year) and Vince Gilligan's sci-fi series Pluribus, for which he earned an Emmy nomination. The actor is an Emmy winner himself for the dramedy Somebody Somewhere, and he is being promoted to a series regular on Widow's Bay's second season. Hiller's character Aldrict is set to debut in Episode 3 of Eternally Yours and will appear in multiple episodes throughout the first season.
