Rosalía’s ‘Magnolias’ Sees 300 Percent Stream Surge After ‘SNL’
Rosalía’s “Magnolias” saw a 336 per cent increase in US Spotify streams on 12 October, following her performance of the song on “Saturday Night Live”. The surge suggests the televised performance helped draw listeners to a track from her latest album, Lux, beyond its singles.
Her “SNL” set also featured “Reliquia”, whose streams rose 150 per cent. Other Lux tracks gained too: “Divinize” was up 142 per cent and “Mundo Nuevo” 60 per cent. Clips of the performances spread on social media, and Hailey Bieber praised the album; released in November 2025, Lux incorporates 13 languages and drew more than 42.1 million Spotify streams on its first day.
