AEG Presents acquires Auguri Productions, which has worked with Stromae, Angèle, and David Guetta
AEG Presents has acquired Paris-based Auguri Productions, adding an artist development and concert production company to its French operations. The deal is intended to deepen AEG’s presence in France and give Auguri’s artists greater access to international audiences.
Founded in 1995 as Olympic Tour, Auguri is led by co-founder Charles Bensmaine and has worked with artists including Stromae, Angèle, Louane and David Guetta. Financial terms were not disclosed, and the announcement did not clarify whether Rivaj Group, which lists Auguri among its companies, has sold its stake. A former Auguri rap team launched Nonstop Productions in 2024 within Rivaj Group.

Both sides, in good faith
The strongest fair case each way — we don't pick a winner.
The case for
The acquisition could give Auguri’s artists and teams access to AEG’s international reach, resources and concert network, helping French talent grow audiences abroad. A larger group may also be better placed to invest in artist development and compete in a global live-music market, while Auguri’s leadership and experience remain part of the operation.
The case against
Joining a major international promoter could reduce Auguri’s independence and concentrate more influence over artist careers and concert production in a few large companies. The undisclosed terms and uncertainty about Rivaj Group’s stake leave questions about who benefits from the deal and how it may affect Auguri’s existing commitments, including the rap team that moved to Nonstop Productions.
