Mathilda Homer’s New Album ‘Love Gets Bigger’ Tackles Growth, Maturity, And Motherhood
Mathilda Homer has released her new album, *Love Gets Bigger*, a personal record about growth, maturity and motherhood. Made while she and her partner were raising two children, it explores the demands of caregiving alongside the effort to maintain friendships and make room for creativity.
Homer and her partner, Isaac Waddington, wrote and recorded the album at home, working around family life and keeping the project private to avoid outside pressure. Matt Maltese and Danny Casio co-wrote the song “Weapons”; the album also includes songs drawn from Homer’s earlier work. She says its title reflects the expanding love she feels for her children.
