Asus not only replaced an RTX 4080 Super with an RTX 5080 but also swapped it *again* just to give this lucky Redditor one that matches their all-white build

Asus replaced a customer’s faulty RTX 4080 Super with an RTX 5080, then replaced that card again after the customer said it did not match their all-white PC build. The unusual second swap drew attention because the company supplied a white version, going beyond the original warranty replacement.

The customer shared the experience on Reddit, where they said Asus arranged the replacement after the first RTX 5080 was black. The article does not give the graphics cards’ prices or explain the exact fault with the original card; it focuses on the customer receiving a colour-matched upgrade.
