Chris Pratt’s ‘Reacher’ Replacement Officially Returns After 4-Year Wait

Prime Video’s *The Terminal List*, starring Chris Pratt, returns for its second season on 21 October, four years after its 2022 debut. Its long gap contrasts with *Reacher*, which has released four seasons since launching in the same year, and raises questions about whether the wait will affect the show’s audience.

The action thriller follows a former Navy SEAL officer investigating an ambush that killed his platoon during a covert mission. Constance Wu and Taylor Kitsch also feature, while Tom Hopper, Olga Kurylenko and Dar Salim join the new season. A 2025 spin-off, *The Terminal List: Dark Wolf*, helped keep the franchise in view; the first season holds a 40% score on Rotten Tomatoes.
