Nathan Fielder has revealed that Elizabeth Holmes called him from prison on the eve of his documentary’s release, after six months without contact. She twice told him, “I trust you”, leaving Fielder unsure what she meant; he said he was still trying to interpret the exchange.
Holmes said she had heard about the film but had not read much about it, and also spoke about her children and other personal updates. *You Can See Everything*, directed by Fielder and Lance Oppenheim, earned $15 million from 855 theatres on its opening weekend, the second-biggest opening for a non-music documentary in film history, behind *Fahrenheit 9/11*.
