Aerosmith post first rehearsal photos ahead of Hollywood Bowl comeback
Aerosmith have shared rehearsal photos ahead of their return to live performance, including images of drummer Joey Kramer back behind the kit. The band’s two Hollywood Bowl concerts will mark their first live shows since announcing their comeback earlier this month.
The California shows, billed as “Dream On: Aerosmith & Friends”, are scheduled for 29 October and 1 November. Guests include Guns N’ Roses, the Black Crowes, RUN DMC and Heart, alongside musicians such as Slash, Tom Morello and Chad Smith; the line-ups are expected to differ, with more guests to be announced.

Aerosmith are an American rock band formed in Boston in 1970. Their best-known songs include “Dream On” and “Walk This Way”, and they became one of the country’s biggest rock acts.
Joey Kramer is the band’s founding drummer. The Hollywood Bowl is a large outdoor concert venue in Los Angeles, and the two shows are planned as multi-artist events, with different guest line-ups on each night. The return matters because it brings the band back to live performance after a gap in their concert schedule.
