IRON MAIDEN’s NICKO MCBRAIN Says DONALD TRUMP And ‘His Bunch Of Cronies Should Be Put In Jail’
Developing story first seen 2 hours ago
Nicko McBrain, Iron Maiden’s former drummer, has said Donald Trump and his associates “should be put in jail”, citing his objections to Trump’s conduct and policies. His comments add to recent criticism of the US president by members of the band.
McBrain, 74, told The Telegraph he declined a Republican friend’s invitation to play golf with Trump. He criticised what he called Trump’s narcissism, the handling of the Epstein files and the war in Iran, and referred to US Defence Secretary Pete Hegseth. The article also recalls singer Bruce Dickinson’s joke about Trump’s proposed renaming of Lake Ontario and his earlier view that musicians’ political opinions carry no special authority.
