VICIOUS Share Gorgeous New Track ‘Capulet’
Jacob Charlton, vocalist of Thornhill, has released ‘Capulet’ under his solo project VICIOUS. The track is the project’s second release, following 2025’s ‘Opium’, and introduces a more expansive alternative pop sound that sits alongside, but reaches beyond, Thornhill’s musical world.
‘Capulet’ pairs woozy synths and sultry beats with emotive refrains, drawing on modern pop and experimental R&B while placing Charlton’s voice at the centre. He describes VICIOUS as a way to create freely with close friends, outside genre boundaries, and says releasing the music has lifted a weight from his shoulders.
