CBS’ New Vampire Series Is Still Hiding One Character’s Biggest Power [Exclusive]
In CBS’s new series *Eternally Yours*, vampire abilities vary, and the show has yet to reveal what powers Max, a baby vampire, will develop. Actor Jaren Lewison said he is eager to explore Max’s abilities as they emerge, leaving an open question for the series.
The show suggests vampires share some abilities, such as telepathy, brief bursts of super speed and super strength, though Lewison was uncertain which are universal. Jesse is the only vampire in his coven who can erase human memories. Max is the half-vampire child of Jesse and Phyllis, and new episodes air on CBS every Thursday.
In short
- Max’s vampire powers have not been revealed.
- Abilities differ among vampires in the series.
- Jesse alone can erase human memories.
Explained simply
Eternally Yours is a CBS drama about vampires living in a coven, a group bound by their shared nature and relationships. Its vampires have abilities that include telepathy, short bursts of speed and strength, though the series has not established which powers they all share.
Jesse is unusual in his coven because he can erase human memories. His child Max, whose other parent Phyllis is also a vampire, is half-vampire; what abilities Max may develop could affect how he fits into the family and the wider group.
