Sharon Osbourne has recalled the last words her husband Ozzy spoke to her before his death in July 2025. The exchange offers a personal account of the final hours of the Black Sabbath singer, who died aged 76 less than three weeks after performing at the band’s farewell show in Birmingham.

Sharon said Ozzy woke during the night and asked her to kiss him twice, then said, “Hold me, hold me tight.” The following morning, he went downstairs to exercise and suffered a cardiac arrest; paramedics tried to resuscitate him but could not. Sharon says she visits his grave daily and encourages fans to remember his humour and play his music loudly.
