85 South Media Inks Tubi Distribution Deal, Including Curated Collection Of ‘The Best Of The 85 South Show’

85 South Media has signed a distribution deal with Tubi, expanding the Atlanta-based company’s reach as it grows its creator-led entertainment business. The first release will be a curated collection of 10 episodes of The 85 South Show, with more content expected to follow.

The comedy show, featuring Karlous Miller, DC Young Fly and Chico Bean, began as an independently produced podcast and has since attracted more than 750 million YouTube views and over 2.56 million subscribers. The Tubi deal builds on an existing relationship: the trio’s feature film, 85 South: Dead End, is also due to arrive on the platform next year.
