Beau Lamarre-Condon’s cop friend tearfully describes the moment she realised he was a suspect in alleged double murder: ‘He’s here!’

Daily Mail ·

A former police colleague of Beau Lamarre-Condon told the NSW Supreme Court she was frightened when he arrived at her home three days after two men were allegedly murdered. She said she realised he was a suspect after searching for Jesse Baird online, and wanted to call Crime Stoppers; her testimony describes how the case became personal for someone who had worked with him.

The witness, identified in court as Fiona Rosso, said Lamarre-Condon cleaned blood from a hired van despite her objections, then slept on her couch. She told the court he used her phone before leaving at about 4.30am, and later that day she contacted Crime Stoppers; he surrendered to police. Baird and Luke Davies were fatally shot in Paddington on 19 February 2024, and their bodies were found near Bungonia. Lamarre-Condon denies two murder charges and a break-and-enter charge.
