Netflix’s Most-Watched Series Ever Officially Won’t Return in 2026
Netflix’s *Wednesday* will not return for a third season in 2026, with its next instalment expected in 2027. The delay matters to fans of the streamer’s record-setting English-language series, though Netflix has not yet confirmed a premiere date.
Filming wrapped on 30 September, and the show is now in post-production. Netflix has omitted the series from its 2026 release slate, making a return before the end of that year highly unlikely.
