‘Ghosts’ Is About to Officially “Change the World” With 1 Episode
Rose McIver’s temporary absence from CBS’s *Ghosts* has changed the show’s Season 6 household dynamic, with Ben Feldman’s Kyle moving into the mansion to help Jay run the B&B. The shift matters because Kyle brings a fresh presence to the established ensemble while Sam is away filming a holiday rom-com in Australia.
Actors Rebecca Wisocky and Asher Grodman said Feldman has fitted in smoothly and brought new energy to the set. Wisocky described the ghosts as especially ruthless with Kyle, while praising the chemistry between Feldman and Utkarsh Ambudkar; she also highlighted the Montréal crew, including the costume and production design teams.
In short
- Kyle moves into the mansion while Sam is away.
- Cast members say Ben Feldman has fitted in well.
- The new dynamic brings fresh energy to Season 6.
Explained simply
Ghosts is a US comedy series set in a country house that has been turned into a bed and breakfast. The living owners, Sam and Jay, share the house with ghosts from different periods of history; Sam can see and speak to them, while Jay cannot.
The main cast includes Rose McIver as Sam and Utkarsh Ambudkar as Jay. Ben Feldman joins the household as Kyle, whose arrival adds another living character to the mix. Rebecca Wisocky and Asher Grodman play two of the ghosts.
The series depends on the contrast between the ghosts’ long-established group and the changing lives of the living owners. A new character can alter how that group interacts, while the show’s ensemble cast and production team help shape its continuing world.
