Sombr Jokes He’s ‘Really Tough’ After Chipping His Tooth in a Not-So-Hardcore Way on Stage
Sombr chipped his tooth during a concert at Milwaukee’s Fiserv Forum on Tuesday, after accidentally knocking it with his water bottle while taking a sip. He joked about the mishap on stage, calling himself “really tough” and reviving his “Thombr” nickname, a light-hearted moment that fans have associated with his earlier dental injuries.
The musician, whose real name is Shane Boose, has chipped his tooth several times before, including while performing “Back to Friends” in March 2025. Past incidents followed energetic performances, whereas this one happened during a routine drink break. Sombr is on his You Are the Reason Tour, with dates scheduled through summer 2027; his debut album, *I Barely Know Her*, reached No. 10 on the Billboard 200.
