Chilling video shows obese, shirtless Tampa Citibank gunman moments before he gunned down victim

A man opened fire at a Citibank campus near Tampa, killing a woman who worked for a vendor and injuring four other people. Police said they believe the attack was targeted and that the suspect intended to kill as many people as possible; an armed security guard stopped him inside the campus cafeteria.

The suspect drove through a fenced area and crashed into an outdoor seating space where employees were eating lunch. He left the car carrying a rifle, shot the woman, then entered the cafeteria, where the guard shot him; he later died in hospital. More than 3,200 people were on the campus, and over 400 law enforcement officers responded.
