From first steps to active ageing: How PCF is rethinking care for Singapore
PCF is marking its 40th anniversary by expanding services for children and older people as Singapore’s community needs change. Its plans include adapting preschool education to support children’s broader development and increasing eldercare provision as the population ages.
PCF Sparkletots enrols more than 40,000 children across nearly 350 centres, while PCF Sparkle Care serves over 30,000 seniors through rehabilitation, day care and active ageing programmes. Sparkletots plans to spend S$20 million on staff development over the next three years, double its previous three-year investment, and offer Chinese, Malay and Tamil lessons at all its centres from January 2027 where there is demand.
