Touring Power Players: Billboard’s 2026 List Revealed
Billboard’s 2026 Touring Power Players list recognises executives across the live music business, with MSG Entertainment’s Josephine Vaccarello leading the selection. The feature also highlights how SummerStage in New York is adapting its programming and operations as it marks four decades of free concerts.
Executive artistic director Erika Elliott says the anniversary season included culturally varied events, from Taiwanese and C-pop days to a Morocco-focused programme, as well as a surprise Goose show in Central Park. She also describes pressures facing the festival: artists’ fees rising faster than its budget, smoke cancelling Mavis Staples’ performance, and travel restrictions making some artists harder to book.
