Laura Brand reportedly plans UK move with children as husband serves sentence

Russell Brand’s wife, Laura, is reportedly planning to move with their three children from Florida to the UK to be closer to him as he serves a lengthy prison sentence. Friends say she believes he is innocent and remains loyal, while some of Brand’s friends have felt shocked and betrayed by evidence heard during his trial.

Brand was convicted of raping a 21-year-old fan and sexually assaulting three other women, and was cleared of other charges. The reported relocation is to Henley-on-Thames in Oxfordshire, where the couple have a home; the family moved to the US in 2024 after allegations about Brand were publicised. Laura gave evidence in his defence and has largely stayed out of the public eye since they married in 2017.
