Zelda OOT Remake: All Masks and where to sell them

The Happy Mask Salesman quest in the remake of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time has players rent and sell masks to specific buyers. Finding each buyer matters because every mask can be sold only once, and the game’s in-world hints are vague.

The quest becomes available after the player shows Zelda’s Letter to the guard on Death Mountain Trail. The guard buys the first mask; a Skull Kid in the Lost Woods buys the Skull Mask for 10 Rupees, a boy in Kakariko Graveyard buys the Spooky Mask at cost, and the Running Man pays 200 Rupees for the Bunny Hood after the third dungeon. Selling the first four masks unlocks reserve masks to rent, including the Mask of Truth, which reveals people’s thoughts and lets players speak with Gossip Stones.
