Marvel’s $1.1B Superhero Sensation Officially Surges on Apple TV Ahead of ‘Avengers: Doomsday’

Spider-Man: Far From Home has entered Apple TV’s ten most-streamed films worldwide as audiences revisit Marvel films ahead of Avengers: Doomsday. The renewed interest shows how anticipation for the upcoming crossover is reaching beyond the cinema and lifting older MCU titles on streaming.

Released in 2019, Far From Home stars Tom Holland and was directed by Jon Watts, who also made Spider-Man: Homecoming. It earned more than $1.1 billion worldwide on a $160 million budget, and is currently competing on Apple TV’s chart with films including F1, Ready Player One and Matchbox.
