Alanis Morissette Shares She Identifies as Pansexual

Alanis Morissette said she identifies as pansexual during an appearance on the Handsome Podcast, confirming the disclosure when co-host Tig Notaro asked if she was serious. The exchange came near the end of the episode, where Morissette joked that she preferred to leave the information for the “epilogue”.

The article explains that pansexuality describes attraction where a person’s gender is not a determining factor. Morissette is married to artist Souleye, and they have three children; she has also released her first holiday album, a 14-track collection titled *Good Weather for Immaculate Conception*.
