Candace Cameron Bure plans surprise return to ‘The View’ after previously turning down invite

Candace Cameron Bure is scheduled to return as a guest on “The View” on Friday, 13 November, after declining an earlier invitation because it fell during the week her daughter was due to give birth. The appearance marks a return to the programme where she was a co-host, amid renewed interest in her relationship with the show.

Bure, 50, co-hosted during the 2015–16 seasons and last appeared in 2024. She has said she would not take a permanent seat again, describing the job as demanding, particularly after the show became more focused on politics and required extensive travel between Los Angeles and New York. She may discuss Season 5 of “Special Forces: World’s Toughest” or her recent holiday film, “A Second Chance Christmas”.
