Nintendo has added the soundtrack to F-Zero 99 to its Nintendo Music app this week, expanding the collection available to Switch Online subscribers. The Switch Online battle royale title's album joins the existing SNES and N64 F-Zero soundtracks already hosted in the app, continuing a run of recent F-Zero content that some fans have taken as a sign of renewed interest in the series.

The F-Zero 99 album, dated 10th July 2026, contains 44 tracks with a total runtime of one hour and 14 minutes. Alongside classic-style course themes such as Mute City, Big Blue and Fire Field, it includes a set of "???" remixes and numerous tracks tied to the game's various modes, including Grand Prix, Team Battle and several World Tour events. Nintendo Life rated F-Zero 99 nine out of ten, calling it a "brilliant revival", and the addition follows an earlier update this week that brought more "Free Roam" tracks from Mario Kart World.
