Musician and producer Questlove is expanding his exclusive celebrity game nights into a new web series called The Next Move, which launches today. Produced by Questlove and Black Thought's company Two One Five Entertainment, the show adapts the format of his invite-only gatherings, offering a more intimate, hangout-style alternative to established celebrity interview formats such as Hot Ones and Subway Takes, with guests drawn from his existing social circle.

The series was launched with a party at a Chelsea townhouse, attended by figures including Katie Holmes, Jon Hamm, Ayo Edebiri and Ziwe, with board games spread across six floors of the venue. Questlove said the appeal lies in unpredictable pairings of guests who otherwise have little in common, comparing the project's loose, convivial spirit to the late-1970s public access show TV Party.
