Drake sent a video message and gifts to attendees of the second annual Streamer University, an event organised by Twitch streamer Kai Cenat. During the opening ceremony on 15 July, the rapper congratulated new and returning creators and encouraged them to make the most of the experience and learn from one another, while his OVO team provided welcome gifts including cologne, Nike clothing and OVO merchandise.

This year's cohort is staying at Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas until 20 July. The inaugural Streamer University, held at the University of Akron in Ohio, won best streamed event at the 2025 Streamer Awards and drew more than 20 million hours watched on Twitch, and Cenat has said he took legal action to secure ownership of the event's name and concept to stop others copying it.
