Gracie Abrams has released her third studio album, Daughter From Hell, and described its title track as a long-overdue apology and thank-you note to her mother. Speaking on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, she said she had been a defiant child rather than a “monster”, and that this could be turbulent for her parents.

The 16-track album follows 2024’s The Secret of Us, which reached No. 2 on the Billboard 200. Abrams performed “Minibar” with her band on Fallon’s programme, confirmed she will soon begin her acting debut, and discussed her forthcoming North American Look at My Life tour, which starts in Denver on 2 December.
