The Felice Brothers, the influential but commercially under-the-radar upstate New York roots collective, are to be honoured with a tribute album titled "Felice County Fair: A Celebration of the Felice Brothers", due for release via Sony Records on 16th October 2026. The record brings together an array of prominent artists from the Americana and roots scenes, reflecting the enduring influence the band's songwriting has had on peers and younger musicians despite never achieving major commercial success themselves.

The album will feature more than two dozen tracks, with confirmed contributors including the Lumineers, Bright Eyes, Old Crow Medicine Show, Nathaniel Rateliff, Dawes, Brandon Flowers, Bebe Stockwell and Deer Tick, though the full tracklist has not yet been announced. The Lumineers' Wesley Schultz and Bright Eyes' Conor Oberst, both longstanding admirers of the band, have released the first two songs from the project: covers of "The Kid" (2017) and "Wonderful Life" (2008) respectively, with both artists speaking warmly about the emotional impact of the Felice Brothers' songwriting.
