The Ultimate Self-Defense Championship Launching Female-Focused Spinoff Series On YouTube

Deadline · 3 hours ago

The Ultimate Self-Defense Championship (USDC), a combat and self-defense competition series that airs on YouTube and social media, is expanding with a new female-focused spinoff show set to launch this summer. The move reflects the growing popularity of the format, which has racked up 150 million views online across three seasons, and signals broader ambitions for the franchise as it seeks wider distribution beyond its digital roots.

Alongside the spinoff, USDC is preparing to launch a fourth season later this year and is developing a reboot aimed at traditional broadcasters, working with Cowboy Bear Ninja, the production company behind TruTV's Paid Off. Created by Rokas Leonavičius, the series pits competitors from across martial arts disciplines, including UFC fighters, kickboxers and grapplers, against one another for the USDC championship belt, and has recently launched on Tubi as part of its Creatorverse initiative.
