Here are the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 8 and Z Fold 8 camera and battery specs, apparently
Leaker Evan Blass has published purported camera and battery specifications for Samsung's upcoming Galaxy Z Flip 8, Z Fold 8 and Z Fold 8 Ultra, ahead of the company's official Unpacked launch event on 22 July 2026. The disclosure follows earlier leaks of official-looking renders in early July, and suggests that camera hardware across the range has changed little from last year's models, which will disappoint those hoping for meaningful upgrades.
According to the leak, the Z Flip 8 keeps the same 50MP main, 12MP ultrawide and 10MP selfie cameras and 4,300mAh battery as the Z Flip 7, though it gains a new rose pink colour option. The Z Fold 8 reportedly has a 50MP main camera with 2x optical zoom, 50MP ultrawide and 10MP selfie, runs on the existing Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, and offers up to 26 hours of video playback, arriving in a pastel purple, more square design. The Z Fold 8 Ultra appears to be the only model with a genuine camera upgrade, gaining a 50MP ultrawide (up from 12MP) alongside its 200MP main and 10MP telephoto lenses with 3x optical zoom, plus a larger 5,000mAh battery rated for 27 hours of video.
