5 Seconds of Summer Bring Out The Wiggles in Melbourne

5 Seconds of Summer surprised fans at Melbourne’s Rod Laver Arena on Monday by bringing The Wiggles onstage for the band’s final song, “Everyone’s a Star!”. The crossover brought together two well-known Australian acts and turned the concert finale into a nostalgic moment.

The performance included The Wiggles’ current members and characters Dorothy the Dinosaur, Wags the Dog, Henry the Octopus and the Tree of Wisdom, as well as original Purple Wiggle Jeff Fatt. The show was part of 5SOS’s Everyone’s a Star! World Tour, supporting their sixth album, which reached No. 6 on the Billboard 200. The band has played Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne, with Adelaide and Perth still to come on the Australian leg.
