Seven years after the critical success of Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, a sequel featuring Brad Pitt's character Cliff Booth is officially arriving. The Further Mis-Adventures of Cliff Booth marks a significant shift, with Quentin Tarantino writing the screenplay but handing directorial duties to David Fincher, whose filmmaking sensibilities represent a notable departure from Tarantino's established style.

The film is set in 1977 and will release in IMAX cinemas on 25 November 2026, followed by a Netflix premiere on 23 December. The cast includes Elizabeth Debicki, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Carla Gugino, Timothy Olyphant and several other established actors. Tarantino is also publishing an accompanying novel, The Adventures of Cliff Booth, on 8 December.
