Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Movie: Infinity Castle, the anime adaptation that dominated cinemas in 2025, has now surged to number one on Crunchyroll's US streaming chart, showing that its box office success is translating directly into viewing figures now it is available online. The film's distributor had reportedly kept its streaming release date vague to protect ongoing cinema takings, and its swift rise to the top spot suggests strong pent-up demand from fans who wanted to watch it again or catch it for the first time.

The film is the first instalment adapting the final chapters of the Demon Slayer manga, following Tanjiro Kamado and the Demon Slayer Corps as they battle Muzan and his demon army within the Infinity Castle. It grossed more than $793 million worldwide, making it the seventh highest-grossing film of 2025, ranking between Jurassic World Rebirth and the live-action How to Train Your Dragon remake, and it was even given several theatrical re-releases to further boost its takings.
