‘9-1-1’ Officially Confirms Its Season 10 Buck Replacement

The article says Season 10 of *9-1-1* is positioning Harry Grant as the character who now occupies the role Buck held as a reckless, inexperienced probie. The parallel matters because Harry’s first loss on the job may shape his development, as Buck’s first loss did in Season 1.

In the second part of the volcano emergency, a volcanic bomb strikes doctor Leona in her home, leaving her fatally injured. Hen leaves to rejoin the 118, while Harry stays with Leona and comforts her; earlier, he had put himself in danger by jumping into a sinkhole rescue. The article notes that Harry joined with respect for the job, partly shaped by the death of Bobby, but is still learning how to balance taking on more responsibility with the risks of the work.
