Deadline has released the first trailer for Stéphane Brizé's "A Good Little Soldier", which will world premiere at the Venice Film Festival this week before moving on to Toronto for its North American debut. The film marks Brizé's 11th fiction feature and continues his recurring focus on workplace dynamics, following earlier dramas such as "The Measure of a Man", "At War" and "Another World".

Alba Rohrwacher plays Carlotta, a dedicated HR manager whose professional and personal life unravel when she confronts toxic management practices, while Vincent Lindon, in his sixth collaboration with Brizé, plays the demanding CEO pushing for both employee well-being and strict performance targets. The film is produced by Gaumont, led by Sidonie Dumas, with France 3 Cinéma and support from Canal+, and Gaumont has already secured several international sales deals ahead of Venice, with more territories in negotiation. It is set for release in French cinemas on 25 November.
