Composer A.R. Rahman is launching ARR Immersive, an app for Apple Vision Pro that brings together a decade of his immersive storytelling projects. The launch, arriving on 22 July, matters because it marks the first time footage from "Le Musk" — Rahman's 360-degree virtual reality film that premiered at the Cannes XR Festival — has been made available on Apple's headset, having been reworked into a spatial format.

The initial ARR Immersive library also features original content made specifically for the platform, including three Kathak dance performances blending Western orchestral music with Indian classical dance, choreographed by Shrita Baskar and performed by Pranith AP, Palak Chauhan and Mudra IV. It also includes ARR Live, a section dedicated to Rahman's concert footage, with further titles planned for later release. The app will debut on the Apple App Store for Vision Pro, ahead of a subsequent release on Meta Quest.
