A Very ‘Glee’ Reunion! Darren Criss Makes Debut at London’s Royal Albert Hall With Surprise Chris Colfer Duet: ‘It’s Been Awhile’

Darren Criss made his Royal Albert Hall debut in London with two performances on Sunday, reuniting on stage with former Glee co-star Chris Colfer for the first time in more than a decade. Their surprise duet of “Baby, It’s Cold Outside” recalled the characters Blaine and Kurt, whose relationship was a central part of the television musical’s story.

Criss began the song alone, joking that he would try to sing both parts, before Colfer appeared to cheers from the audience. The show also featured surprise guests Alan Cumming, Gaten Matarazzo, Sarah Hyland and Jesse Tyler Ferguson, alongside a group of stage performers for “Goin’ Back to Hogwarts”. Criss closed with a youth choir, performing two songs associated with his time on Glee.
