Country artist and STAIND frontman Aaron Lewis has scored the best-selling country album in America, with "Give My Country Back" debuting at No. 1 on the iTunes Country Albums chart following its Friday release. The success extends Lewis's transition from multi-platinum rock frontman to one of country music's most distinctive solo artists, reinforcing the loyal fanbase he has built over more than 15 years through candid, hard-hitting songwriting.

The album, Lewis's sixth solo studio effort, also reached No. 6 on iTunes' All Genres Albums chart and is out now via Big Machine Label Group. Produced by Sol Philcox-Littlefield, its ten tracks explore themes of accountability, faith, patriotism and personal growth, with Lewis, 54, co-writing five songs and citing a period of sobriety and lifestyle change as shaping the record. He has previously notched two No. 1 Billboard Country Album debuts and surpassed 5.7 billion career streams, and is currently touring the US with his band The Statelin­ers.
