AC Black Flag Resynced Update 1.0.7 Live Tomorrow on PS5, Get the Patch Notes Here

Push Square ·

Ubisoft is releasing update 1.0.7 for Assassin's Creed: Black Flag Resynced on PS5 tomorrow, 1st September 2026, bringing minor visual tweaks and bug fixes rather than major new content. The update lets players hide their pistols and remove the glinting effect from perk trinkets, alongside a new pet that can be rescued and later added to the Hideout. Ubisoft also used social media to confirm that a New Game+ mode is still in development, though no release timeframe was given.

The patch is a 1.53GB download on PS5 and follows the earlier addition of the ability to hide the blowpipe, extending that option to pistols as well. Full patch notes covering bug fixes and other minor changes are being released alongside the update, which the article's author says they will confirm is live once available.

Assassin’s Creed is Ubisoft’s action-adventure game series, and Black Flag Resynced is a refreshed version of a game set during the age of piracy. Players take the role of Edward Kenway, a pirate who becomes involved with the Assassins, a group locked in a long-running conflict with the Templars.

Ubisoft makes the game and releases updates to fix problems or adjust features. New Game+ is a mode that lets players begin the story again while carrying over some progress; its development is confirmed, but no release date has been announced.
