Adam Driver and Scarlett Johansson Officially Reunite in New Crime Thriller Trailer
Adam Driver and Scarlett Johansson are set to reunite on screen for the first time since 2019's *Marriage Story*, this time alongside Miles Teller, in the new James Gray-directed crime thriller *Paper Tiger*. NEON has released the first official trailer for the film, which follows two brothers who become entangled with the Russian mafia while chasing the American Dream in late 1980s Queens, putting their family in grave danger.
Driver and Teller play brothers Gary and Irwin Pearl, a former cop and an engineer respectively, who get drawn into a scheme that seems legitimate before spiralling into mob trouble. Johansson plays Irwin's wife, whose family faces escalating danger as the mafia becomes increasingly violent, with rising desperation potentially driving the brothers to betray one another. The film is due in cinemas in around three months' time.

Explained simply
James Gray is an American film-maker whose crime dramas often focus on families caught up in dangerous worlds. Paper Tiger is set in Queens, New York, in the late 1980s, when its two central characters are pursuing what they see as the American Dream.
Adam Driver and Miles Teller play brothers drawn into a scheme that brings them into contact with the Russian mafia. Scarlett Johansson plays the wife of one brother, as the threat puts the family at risk and strains the brothers’ relationship.
The film brings Driver and Johansson back together after Marriage Story, their 2019 drama about a couple going through a divorce. Its crime story centres on how ambition and family loyalties are tested when organised crime enters their lives.
