Callers can dial +1 (760) 437-1966 to voice "gripes and grievances, moans and groans" of any size, with the band saying "no bitching too big, no whiny too tiny." A press release states that complaints will be "reviewed personally," and callers may occasionally reach a live person, possibly a band member.
