NME · 21 hours ago

Aitch has announced a new Netflix documentary, "Aitch: Don't Be Afraid", chronicling his charity climb of Mount Kilimanjaro in support of the Down's Syndrome Association. The film, directed by Aaron Fitzmaurice and Harry Tatem, will premiere on the streaming platform on 26 July, and highlights the Manchester rapper's ongoing fundraising work in honour of his younger sister Gracie, who has Down's syndrome.

The documentary follows Aitch's multi-day ascent of Africa's highest peak in January 2025 alongside friends, family and his team, capturing the physical and emotional challenges of high-altitude trekking as well as his personal relationship with Gracie. The climb raised more than £160,000 for the charity, over double its original target, adding to previous fundraising efforts including a 2023 skydive that brought in over £50,000. Aitch became an official ambassador for the Down's Syndrome Association in 2022 and released his second album, "4", in June 2025.
