The FX series "Alien: Earth" has added three new cast members for its second season: Tracey Ullman, Sam Spruell and Jerome Flynn. The additions signal continued momentum for the well-populated sci-fi drama, which is created by Noah Hawley and produced by FX Productions, as it expands its ensemble ahead of a new run.

The trio join previously announced newcomer Peter Dinklage, returning star Sydney Chandler and a large cast that includes Alex Lawther, Timothy Olyphant, Essie Davis and many others. Ullman is a seven-time Emmy winner known for "The Tracey Ullman Show" and "Mrs. America"; Spruell has worked with Hawley on "Fargo" and appeared in "A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms"; and Flynn is best known as Bronn in "Game of Thrones" and more recently featured in "1923". Production on Season 2 is now under way in London, with Hawley executive producing alongside Ridley Scott and others.
