All achievements in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 and how to complete them

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4’s campaign has entered early access, giving players who pre-ordered the game a chance to earn its achievements ahead of the full release. The guide lists 18 achievements, which reward completing the campaign at different difficulty levels, meeting mission-specific challenges and finding hidden items.

Some tasks require higher difficulty settings: “Worth It” is earned by finishing on Realism, while “Can’t Touch This” requires defeating Makarov on Veteran or above without being hit. Other objectives include killing 50 enemies from train cars, opening every yellow supply crate in “Stranded”, repairing everything at Base Camp and reading 50 notes across the campaign. The guide also includes challenges that restrict combat, such as completing “Assassins” with only one kill.
