Halloween: The Game, a slasher-themed title, has launched into early access ahead of a full release, and its first proper chapter (following a Prologue) contains six challenges for players to complete. A guide has been published outlining what each challenge requires, helping early players work through the club and street-based level without getting stuck on trickier objectives.

The challenges include killing all citizens found inside the club, including hard-to-find targets like a bartender and a woman in the makeup room; shoving a biker off balance using a button prompt; killing a victim with a pool cue found near the bar entrance or stage; performing a context-specific execution, easiest done on the bikers outside the bar or via a fridge indoors; obtaining a cleaver from one of three houses on Copper Lane near the gas station; and throwing that cleaver at a target, with Copper Lane or the gas station offering the best opportunities. The guide notes some randomness in item locations depending on the player's save file.
