Netflix's 'Heartstopper Forever' brings the television adaptation of Alice Oseman's graphic novel series to a close. The film follows protagonists Nick Nelson and Charlie Spring through significant life changes as Nick prepares for university at Leeds and their wider friend group scatters across different countries and educational paths, including supporting character Elle's relocation to Berlin to study art.

The film's accompanying soundtrack comprises over twenty songs from a diverse roster of musicians. The compilation reunites artists who appeared in previous Heartstopper seasons—including Baby Queen and Billie Eilish—whilst introducing new contributions from performers such as Olivia Rodrigo, Maggie Rogers, Sufjan Stevens, and Royel Otis. The marketing campaign highlighted Rodrigo's track 'stupid song,' released from her recent album in mid-June, featured prominently in promotional materials.
