Andreas Dresen, Doris Dörrie Films to World Premiere at Zurich Film Festival
Zurich Film Festival will host the world premieres of Andreas Dresen’s “Love, After All” and Doris Dörrie’s “How Can I Help?” in its Gala Premieres section. The Gala Premieres section contains 10 titles, including Peter Farrelly’s “I Play Rocky”, Beth de Araújo’s “Josephine” and Swiss-Canadian drama “111 – Echoes From Halifax”. Festival CEO Christian Jungen highlighted “I Play Rocky” as a prospective awards contender and described “111” as an important Swiss film about the 1998 Swissair crash near Halifax. The 22nd Zurich Film Festival runs from 24 September to 4 October, with its full programme due on 9 September.
